And just like Goldilocks I found the Small to be too small and the large to be too large, but the mediums were perfect. They stay in place, fit deeply in my ear canal, and don’t rotate in my ears. They fit the Oticon zeal just fine. This honestly saved my 6k purchase of these high end category leading hearing aids.
