My hi and low are 2 separate bulbs and bulb sizes. **Q: How many lumens are these bulbs rated at?** A: Unsure but there are not very bright they suck **Q: What do the letters TB stand for after the 2.0?** A: It just means that they are in a blister pack. **Q: What is the Kelvin color temperature rated at?** A: It's above 4000K I can say.
