Review: These pumps do not run small. They’re very true to size. - This is a beautiful and comfortable pump. Very cushy and I love the padded and slightly high back, that doesn’t seem to risk causing blisters or irritation, like some pumps. I’m a flight attendant who walks sometimes miles in a day wearing heels, and these pumps will be a game changer for me, when the correct size arrives. Speaking of size, even though I rated 5 stars, I had to return because I was convinced to order a half size larger than I typically wear. From reviews and even the sizing chart, I was recommended to order 7.5, even though I’ve always been a perfectly true 7. Anyway, they arrived and they were falling off my heel with every step, when I tested them out at home. Very excited for the 7s to arrive!

The toe box is roomy, the inner soles have nice raised padding in key areas, and the heels are thick and sturdy(no wobbly ankles), without looking like an orthopedic shoe. There is also a little extended support at the Achilles tendon. I wear an 8.5 or 9 depending on the shoe. I ordered these in 9 and had a minute amount of slippage.
