Your question is from a year ago, but this might help someone else wondering the same thing. It will not fit any glock mos plates or any standard optics cuts like rmr/holosun, vortex/buris, deltapoint, etc. By now I'm sure that a company has made an aftermarket mos plate for mos glock's. Just Google it and I'm sure it will come up if there is. It has a one of a kind (currently) footprint. I have seen a couple places that will mill a slide to fit it, but I really doubt that a slide that's already milled for a specific footprint can be made to fit this sight. **Q: Will it fit P320 m17** A: It will fit anything with a Picatinny rail. **Q: Will this fit my glock 17 that's been milled for an rmr and what's plate adapter would work the best?** A: Someone said there was a plate adapter... I do know that there is one being made for the Glock MOS system - it is here on Amazon "ADAPTER PLATE- NIKON SPUR TO GLOCK MOS SLIDE CUT"... $45 on top of your MOS is not a great deal just to run a NIKON IMHO. HS507C is RMR compatible. My SPUR was on a PC CARBINE, but it wouldn't co-witness with my new forend "co-witness" rail, so I had to dump it and use a Vortex RD-1. IIRC, it is on a SIG522 now. **Q: how to secure it on a taurus g3 handgun. no picantiny rail on handgun** A: If you have the tactical g3 then you remove the two major screws of the red dot sight and take the bottom picatinny adapter off. It can then go onto the optics ready portion of the pistol using the same two screws. As I mounted it on a tactical home defense shotgun I don’t like having to press down on a rather small button for three seconds to turn it on . Looks are the most appealing cosmetically 2nd to the Trijicon RMR. However, you WILL have issues mounting this to a milled-out slide. The front lip of the base plate as well as the rear are curved and will not fit a standard milling. You will need to take the optic and the slide to the same place for them to take exact measurements.
