When your cable has to go down the side of the house, make a 90-degree turn, and then across the house on a horizontal plane, the included cable gets you only about 25 or 30 physical feet away. After purchasing a 100ft RF cable with the proper connectors, we discarded the other cable and set the unit up. My sister lives at the end of a dirt road in rural Idaho with marginal signal on a good day. Before this device was installed, she had to stick her head outside a window (or stand in the yard) in order to make any cellular phone calls fro her house. Now she can sit on her living room couch and we can talk all we want. Money well-spent. She uses Verizon and the phone company didn't seem interested in "registering" the device, as the user guide recommends. 4 stars because they were skimpy on the RF cable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great for me! *by A***R on March 8, 2019* Do a little research online and understand how these work and make sure it will work with your carrier and the closest tower amd you will be pleased. With proper installation it will work great. I have one antenna inside and with 4500 sq ft I never have less than three bars inside, before the booster I rarely had one bar.
