I have been using the mouse with the original battery for about 6 years.Before you buy a replacement, I recommend opening up your mouse first to find out the battery part number (it will say something like 533-). The battery that was listed here for the MX Master I initially bought but was not actually physically compatible (too big and the connector plug was also not compatible). I had to return it and buy the battery for the MX Master 2 instead.After a week of usage I can say that this was a waste of time and money.
