The pump system works fine so all is well i suppose. Will re-visit or edit once I have had a fair few uses. Other than that - you get a lot for the money and the smell or scent of the product is great.Edit: 4/6/2020; Used the item a few times and its great. I have used it with a cut-throat blade and the blades just glide on my skin.. nor razor burns or cuts. It's basically mentholated KY gel with an awkward smell. Smells like you are rubbing whiskey on your face. You have to put on a lot in order to get really slippery but when you do it works fine. I am not sure if I will buy it again. My thoughts might change once I get through this huge bottle as its a little overpriced for what it is. IMO shaving goods need to smell great otherwise why buy it...Edit: I finished it and will definitely not buy again. It’s just not slippery enough, it disappears after the first pass and if you pass again you are very likely to nick or cut.
