And I am only doing it because I see all of the reviews about the taste. My done has used this for over a year now. He requests it at night because without it he has a hard tine falling asleep. He is VERY picky about tastes, and this does taste nasty. I tried it. How I mix it for him is I put the recommended dose in unsweetened applesauce, I add half of a stievia packet and then sprinkle cinnamon on top. He eats it up. I don’t measure the cinnamon, I just sprinkle what I think is enough. The more applesauce the more dilute it will be. Just a helpful tip.
