Review: Much better when steeped properly! - While I think this is a good coffee for me personally it has a bitter taste. I think the beans might be too dry before roasting. Do you have products that use greener more moist beans? For me the coffee would be 5stars if you do. I think that would also fit the higher price. This is an update. After carefully trying a couple of times to make the coffee I discovered I was leaving the coffee too long in the French press. When I left it 3-4 minutes the taste was much better. I apologize for my error and rate this 5 stars. I'm on my second bag now.

While I think this is a good coffee for me personally it has a bitter taste. I think the beans might be too dry before roasting. Do you have products that use greener more moist beans?
