Worked well for about 2 years then the solenoid failed. Should be an easy job to replace but can’t for the life of me remove it, won’t be buying Mira again

Bought this to replace our previous Mira which finally packed up after 33 years with only 1 small repair and daily use in that time , got  updated with a newer model, goes without saying it HAD to be a Mira.Same 8.5 Kw power , picked this model as besides good value had the right connection variations to suit our plumber.who fitted it in less than an hour with minimum amount of mess to our  bathroom tiling.Had this now 2 weeks and the family are delighted with the push button on/off and good selection of settings inc. ecoHighly recommend this model and thanks to supplier for prompt dispatch &  Mira for a great product.
