It switches so easily between my phone and computer and has so much space! The fun color options are also a plus. It's also a decent price for what you're getting. My one qualm is that the USB end doesn't have anything but the metal bit covering it, but said metal bit doesn't always stay in place. This seems that it could result in some damage to the USB, though none has transpired as of yet. You plug it into your computer and move files to it and then because of the micro port on the other end you can plug that into any phone or tablet and it will read it and play on said device even though you already have SD cards in them. I put music and video along with some reading material on mine and it played well on android devices. I format it to fat32 which is read by most devices.
