Certification: USDA Organic, I.G.P. (P.G.I.) Sicily, 100% Italiano Awards: NYIOOC Gold Award 2024 Varieties: Cerasuola, Biancolilla. High antioxidants: > 500 mg/kg polyphenols, > 200 mg/kg tocopherols (vitamin E). Healthiest vegetable fat of the highest quality: > 75.0% monounsaturated fats (oleic acid), less than 0.25% free acid (fatty acids), less than 7.0 meq O2/kg peroxide. 100% LABORATORY TESTED CLEAN OF Pesticides & CONDITIONS: No traces with comprehensive multi-residual lab test. This is a great drinking oil. I usually take 1 to 2 tablespoons daily. It's got a strong grassy taste. Slightly spicy, which is usually a good sign. Very tasty.
