A: No, it's a combination of a pepper, vinegar, and spices.

**Q: Is this healthy?**
A: Personally, It is one of the healthiest hot sauces in the market. Nothing but natural ingredients, not overly hot (depending on how much you use obviously), and just a nice flavor added which brings out the best of the food's taste. I have been eating this since I was a child, and have never heard of anyone having issues due to its consumption.
