Pros - it's easy to swap the pin to adjust the weight - they take up a very small footprint and you can use them for a range of exercises - they seem to be well made and of high quality Cons - they can be a little clunkier than dumbells, have a wider profile for the lower weights than fixed dumbells, and shift a little bit when lifting them - you have to be a bit on the gentler side with them when you set them down, as opposed to regular fixed dumbells (I don't chuck my weights down after a set so it's not a worry for me, but can be if you're used to tossing your dumbells) - sport 24 don't seem to have any attachments available so you may need to either buy regular weights/bars if you advance or a set of pros and their attachments later on

These are worth the investment if you have limited space. Pros - it's easy to swap the pin to adjust the weight - they take up a very small footprint and you can use them for a range of exercises - they seem to be well made and of high quality Cons - they can be a little clunkier than dumbells, have a wider profile for the lower weights than fixed dumbells, and shift a little bit when lifting them - you have to be a bit on the gentler side with them when you set them down, as opposed to regular fixed dumbells (I don't chuck my weights down after a set so it's not a worry for me, but can be if you're used to tossing your dumbells) - sport 24 don't seem to have any attachments available so you may need to either buy regular weights/bars if you advance or a set of pros and their attachments later on
