Took me about an hour to assemble and fortunately everything lined up correctly. Nicely packed with no damage. These will be used alot as i eat mostly at the bar. Much more comfortable than the wood ones they replaced. A hint on assembly, put them together loosely at first. To move the seat swivel where you need it, put it on a carpeted floor and stand on it and give it a twist as you cannot turn it by hand.
