Review: Both the bike and the support are very good - I had received an incorrect frame. From day one of the return the seller worked with me to get the issue remedied. As soon as I had received the correct frame I had the parts changed over at a local bike shop. The bike rides smooth and tended to roll better than my friends newish bike. It is both lightweight and handles well. Coming from an older bike the difference is night and day, the shifting is more positive, direct and confident, the tire choice worked fine as it was a moist gravel and dirt trial I tested it on followed by a short road stint. Its a good step up from my old top end Columbia from way back when and the shop was correct: there are some great parts on the bike, you should enjoy it and I do. My thanks to the seller for a great product and support to match.
