So, I decided to buy a second one and likely will get another in the future. I am 5'7" 134lbs and wear a small. They fit wonderfully for me and have been very comfy. They feel very soft, and I have not had them itch at all. The underwear is a bit thin but helps it breathe and dry very quickly. I have not had these shrink, but I have also b=made sure to only wash in cold water and line dry afterwards.
