This is great for a medium long Hike, say less 7 miles. Holds, a bottle of 500 ml water.outer pockets small items (keys) torch etc, Large inner pocket, holds my pack away waterproof jacket. (pakamac) plus a mobile and few light items. Keeps you hands free.
