I sleep with them, shower with them, put makeup on, and nothing weird has happened with them. I bought the 18g, 3mm. They’ve never fallen out. Just don’t rub your towel or blanket over your face. The minute you feel a towel or blanket get stuck just be gentle. They really shouldn’t be falling out, and mine have not.update 6/1/25: ive worn them everyday since march 28 and they have never fallen out or bothered my nose. one of my nose piercings was still healing when i switched it to this one and it healed fine, so i have no doubt these are good quality.
