The Avalon A3F Bottom Loading Water Cooler combines a stainless steel build with a patented dual filtration system, offering 3 temperature settings (18°F cold, ambient, 185°F hot) and a 5-gallon refillable bottle. ## Description

The Avalon 3 Temperature Bottom Loading Water Cooler (Filtration) is made from an innovative stainless steel body. 3 water temperature to choose from. Easy to use push button spout for maximum convenience. Simply press the desired temperature button and the water will flow through the spout Machine highly efficient compressor keeps cold water crispy and ice cold at about 18 degrees Fahrenheit. No need to add ice cubes to your drink. Hot faucet is hot enough to cook tea, coffee and other humid drinks at about 180°F. We added a child safety lock to the hot water faucet because of the very hot water. The built-in night light can be switched on from the back of the main unit. This makes it much simpler and easier to fill the cup at night. Dispenser area is 12" x 3" x 10" and has 9" space below the spout. Holds most large cups and bottles Removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area catches water and spills. This water cooler comes with a 5 gallon refillable bottle, NSF certified activated carbon filter (listed as model Avalon A4Filter), and a sediment filter (listed as the model Avalon A5Filter) in the cabinet. Water is sent from the bottle through sediment and carbon block filter to the machine. There is a replacement filter indicator to warn you when to change the filter and an empty bottle indicator to warn you when you need to refill the bottle. Water coolers are UL listed and comply with all Energy Star standards. Unit measures 41 x 12 x 13 inches.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you turn off just the heater if you don't need hot water?**
A: Yes you can. There are two bottons on the back to shut off the hot or the cold. The third button will shut off the LED night light.

**Q: What does it mean when it stops cooling and heating water?**
A: My units thermostat failed and caused the water tank to freeze solid preventing water to flow. This is a known problem with this model. The company was good about providing a replacement even though the warranty had expired. Unplug the unit for 72 hours allowing the tank to thaw out then plug the unit back in and give it a try. If it's a freezing problem it may return in a few days. It cannot be repaired by the consumer.

**Q: Does the pump cone with product? Can you use any 5 gallon water bottle or do you neef special bottle and where do you order**
A: The pump is part of the unit.  You can use almost any 3 or 5 gal bottle,  The sleeve that fits over the bottle is tapered to accept most bottles in the 53 mm to 60 mm caps.  Wallmart, amazon and others sell the bottles.

**Q: Does the hot water come in contact with any plastic parts, such as the heating elements, the reservoir and the spout?**
A: It doesn't really have contact with any plastic...It comes out straight and hot...But it will not heat up or Melt any other plastic around it. (Works Great)
