Review: Great wet vac at a good price. Good results and easy to manage. - This is the tool we had been missing! With lots of hardwood floors and 2 dogs we were constantly sweeping (fur and outdoor stuff) and mopping (paw prints). Cudos to Vacuum Wars for testing this out against dozens of other Aand recommending it over moser expensive options. It arrives in a single medium sized box and requires a few simple steps to assemble. Plug in the handle, remove some packing cardboard, then you’re ready to fill the water tank and get to work. It does require a bit of technique. I found that working backwards produced the best results, otherwise working forward resulted in my leaving footprints in the freshly washed floor. Key points about this that I really like: 1) doesn’t use any soap. Just add tap water to the tank, turn on and move the handle down and wait for the counter to get to 100. It takes about 1 min from cold to be working. 2) clean up afterward is really easy. Tip out the shockingly dirty water, rinse out the tank and pull off the plastic strainer to get rid of the larger chunks. Don’t forget to rinse the roller and roller cover. I found the the dog hair was sticking to these areas and would also get stuck in the connector between the roller and tank. That’s pretty easy to clean out though, although not really discussed in the short instructions. 3) comes with a second roller so you can swap out if you’re doing a marathon cleaning session 4) works ok on rough stone floors. We have slate tiles in the entry way and they are rough finished. Not ideal, but it works and is still better than a wet mop. The 1 thing I’m not thrilled with, but isn’t a deal breaker, is when you’re finished and turn off the unit, it tends to leave a dirty, wet streak where the roller contacts the floor. Easy to wipe with a paper towel, but just be aware this happens. Otherwise, it’s a great time saver and the floors are now consistently clean with not a lot of setup or clean up.

**Q: Have tile and grout floors, currently use shark steam mop, will this do a better job and keep my grout clean?**
A: we have an armstrong tile kitchen floor.  this cleans everything, including the grout.  leaves the floor the cleanest i have ever seen.  outperforms any other method we have tried, which were a lot.

A: Dear Greg. We are glad to answer your question. Regarding the issue with your concern. The appliance is to be used on indoor hard floors, such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood, etc. Use on a rough surface may not get the best performance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

**Q: I owned a s5 steam. the instruction said it will damage if i add clean solution. What clean solution is recommended or don't use it at all?**
A: The steam is incompatible with any cleaning solution. Only water is needed to use the machine.

**Q: Hello, I know I cannot put cleaning solution in the CWT but can I put cleaning solution on the floor and then vacuum it up with the Floor One S5 Stea?**
A: It is not recommended to use the solution on the floor, Steam is not compatible with any cleaning agents.
