It hung down on the wheels and I couldn't roll my luggage. So I put it on at baggage check in. 👍. It definitely did its job and protected my nice, expensive, beige colored luggage. After 2 airports, The cover had black streaks and dirt on it, so incredibly happy that wasn't on my luggage. I may try to dry and shrink or just buy another a size down.
