Having this milk powder around means that I can always make something requiring milk without having to worry about using the remaining milk from a half-gallon before it goes bad. I mix the whole milk powder with the skim milk powder to get something close to the lowfat, 2% milk that I'm used to. It is easy to use in recipes and we have not noticed a difference in taste from what we were using before. The powder mixes well and we whisk it to make sure it has dissolved completely. It is a little more expensive than buying a carton of lactose free milk from the grocery store, but it makes up for it in shelf life.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not exactly what I was hoping for but not bad.

I've been sort of on the hunt for a healthy coffee creamer in non perishable powder form. I make instant coffee at my work desk and it's kind of been a fun side quest of sorts. Anyway, so before this I tried coconut non dairy creamers from Laird and Anthony's. These coconut non dairy powders while ok I found that to get a creamier drink out of them I had to use a big portion and they became much less healthy at that point. So then I turned to this product and it's been a lot closer to making a coffee with milk or cream and you don't have to use a lot to do it. I will say the taste is on the strong side. The taste is akin to yogurt or cheese so if that type of flavor profile is not your thing you are probably not going to like it. To be honest, I'm probably going to keep looking but I feel like this is a step in the right direction at least. Update: It seems this mingles better with tea than coffee. With Black Tea you get a very nice drink very close to a tea with regular liquid milk.
