A: Vinegar is INCI for Apple Cider Vinegar.   The International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients, abbreviated INCI, is a systemic name for waxes, oils, pigments, chemicals, and other ingredients of soaps, cosmetics, and the like, based on scientific names and other Latin and English words.
Therefore, we say "Vinegar" rather than "Apple Cider Vinegar",  because Vinegar is the INCI for Apple Cider Vinegar.

**Q: Does it help scalp acne?**
A: Definitely yes

**Q: Is there a matching conditioner?**
A: Not sure... Just type it in; in Amazon search.

**Q: Does this really help with frizz?**
