Review: Very effective and calmig - This pet gate was fairly easy to install, and has been secure and stable for our cats vs. visiting cats. It is easy to open and shut, and offers just enough visibility for cats on both sides to feel secure enough to stay calm. Very few hisses. It does look a little bit like a jail door but the white color and fact that it is easy to open and later remove, as the cats continue to interact calmly with their friends on the other side of the slammer. This has worked better as a way to gradually introduce 2 sets of cats than our previous efforts with partially opened bedroom doors.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good gate with the exception of a big strong aggressive breed

I bought this gate to keep my house cats safe when my daughter need to moved in with me with her two pit bulls. I had high hope it was the solution I needed especially since it worked fine for about two months, but when both both pits hit it full force it warped and no longer fits the frame. I’m pretty sure that only a gate bolted into the frame would hold these two big dogs. With any other normal size dog it would probably hold up ok. I had it installed by my handyman who was doing some other work for me. It was too heavy for me to deal with. I’m very disappointed that it didn’t work out for me. I still think it is a good solution for any other breed than a big strong aggressive breed like these pits especially combined with cats.
