**Q: Hi i bought this drill set in november and 1 of the batteries has stopped charging**
A: Faulty battery is obvious answer but, before making a warranty claim, ensure the contacts on both the battery and charger are clean and have not been distorted in some way. However, because the other battery is charging properly, it points to a fault in the non-charging one. Use the guarantee to get a replacement.

This is a great little set The drill was bought to replace a 24v Bosche drill. It is smaller but feels very substantial. I have used it to drill into concrete and the hammer performance is much better than the Bosche and on a par with my mains drill. Battery life is great. The batteries seem to need recharging after about 3 days of fairly intensive use.The impact driver is very heavy and feels built to last. I have used it to replace a room floor and to build a kitchen. It coped easily and was a pleasure to use.The drill and impact driver come in a neat tool bag and the set includes some accessories and a charger. Batteries charge in about an hour.Overall I am delighted with this purchase and would happily recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. This power tool is good, the price is nice, not expensive, the small can drill the screw, the big one can drill wood, iron plate, cement board, etc., the horsepower is strong, the household type can be considered, the accessory charger, the battery 2, There are also drill bits, basically no need to buy other ones, ready to hang the lanterns outside the house, Merry Christmas.

Purchased the drill and driver which were delivered promptly. Charging of batteries was quick and so far both batteries have retained full power. I have used the drills a few times and I am impressed with both the drill and driver. Drill gives good speed control, although the driver can run away with you if you are not careful but it is simply a matter of getting used to it. Both have a good grip and are very sturdy. Only critique would be the ridiculous size of the bag which struggles to hold both drills and batteries. So far, I am impressed with these tools.
