The case's screen cover seems to have an additional layer of film on the inside that are the dimensions of the "screen" portion of the phone and is non-removable, I assume this is to promote touch sensitivity in some way. The issue is that it appears to have been installed crooked and with a bunch of bubbles inside it.In addition, the backplate is nothing like what they picture above, instead has a faux leather looking pattern printed into the plastic back...
