I had no issues with it, it was a great watch, but had to replace it because my son broke it while playing sports. However this one was not as good. After a couple of months (and now the window is closed to contact the mfg) it started fogging up and only half the numbers would appear and no longer works properly. Maybe when it dries out it will work again but it supposed to be waterproof. I had to program it with 4 alarms for my sister in law. If you mess-up on the third or forth one, you have to start all over from the beginning. If you wait to long (more than 3 seconds) you have to start over. Also, it "forgets" it programing sometimes. I purchased this watch and it's the only one I could find that is small enough and has enough alarms. It lasted over a year then broke. When I ordered another one it came as the version with Velcro. I exchanged it, hoping it was a fluke, but the next one also had Velcro. The Velcro watch is too big for him. I'm going to try a blue one and hope it's not Velcro! I'm not sure if ordering a Velcro one would get me the right one.
