I'm 6ft 280lbs and got it up to 65mph. My cousin is a little smaller and got up to 70mph. It's a great starter bike or something just to look good cruising around town. It comes 98% assembled. Just have to install mirrors, windshield and handle bars. 15- 20 minutes job. I was missing the rear seat but they refunded me the price of the seat and sent a link for the replacement. The company stays in contact with you throughout the entire buying process and even checks to make sure you're good after receiving it.
