Which leaves me with 7-8 fl ounces of yoghurt cheese, and 8-9 fl ounces of whey.The reason I don’t grab it is that I live in a 20 foot RV and RV fridges are very limited. The shelves CANNOT be moved so the top shelf had 7 inches of height and the rest is only 6 inches in height.So I pour about half the yoghurt in the hankerchief I use as a cheese cloth then add a more as the whey drips into the cup belowI only make small amounts because I don’t like very sour yoghurt.
