A: Absolutely.  Easily the best phone I've ever had and I've had no trouble using it on AT&T (just don't try to register it with your carrier - just put in the SIM from you old phone) nor have I had any issues getting Android updates.

**Q: this phone is dual sim?**
A: Yes, the L29 is dual sim. There is only one sim tray and you load the 2 sims on each side of the tray.

**Q: does it have Google play installed to support Gmail, Google maps, Google apps?.**
A: Yes, also Google Play store runs well.
