I made a small batch of plum/blackberry jam (wild from my property). The pits were removed from the plums. All the fruit was then weighed and 5% pectin was added based on the weight of my fruit (in the instructions). I added monkfruit/erythritol for sweetener. Cooked it, added the pectin and “sugar” at the same time. Cooked it some more and then high pressure in my instapot.
