So does my daughter. She was able to put it together before she was 2, requiring little to no help - and she did, over and over and over again, picking it up and dumping it in between.I think this is a great 'next' puzzle after the individual piece ones that you might by for younger kids. The product states 3+ but it is great for younger with supervision of course, not that the pieces are small enough to choke on. I love that it is helping her color match and it has different emotions on each cat's faceThe pieces and backing are thicker and sturdy. She's utterly obsessed with kitties, so I figured this would be fun for her even if she couldn't figure it out. Sure enough, she loves it!At first, she just loved the individual kitties (each with their own color and emotion), and played with them, but over the last month, she's completely mastered putting the puzzle together. The puzzle has the color of each kitty (but not the actual picture with faces etc) in each section, so it's easier for her to tell where the piece should go, so it makes a great beginner puzzle. She still loves it, and will request it by name ("kitty cat puzzle!") if I try to swap it out with another puzzle, so it's definitely earned a permanent place on our toy shelf.I was concerned that the "flatness" of the puzzle (the pieces are flush with the backboard) would be a problem, but she figured out how to dump the pieces out without any issues.
