I primarily use it to make tiger nut butter... which is amazing!! Seriously, you should make it today. 1 cup tiger nut flour, 1/2 cup + 2 Tblsp. coconut oil, 1-3 tsp maple syrup or honey, blend till smooth. You could also add a dash of vanilla or cinnamon. It pairs well with Cassava if you're on the AIP-Paleo diet. It does have lumps which you need to mash out. I believe that's normal and it hasn't bothered any of my recipes.
