I recommend using factory-designated parts and fluids if they are competitively priced, and frankly, I prefer to just make one uniform purchase for everything I need to do oil service. Factory oil viscosity makes finding alternatives a bit of a challenge anyway, so get this (and change oil at least every 6K!
