Review: Perfect for tall guys. - I am 6'9" and normally wear pants size 42/38. Of all the different scrub pants online, these had the largest listed inseam at 35 inches. I was nervous that would not be long enough, but was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. They are longer in length and wider in the hips, but being a bigger guy I definitely appreciate this. I'll be buying more soon.
