The flavour is earthy and soft. Made it with chestnut mushroom, red onion and prawns with a dash of turmeric and lime juice  to lose weight and it taste nice! It is a bit pricey but it’s organic!

This is not soba, the noddles break so easily and don’t taste like soba.
