## Description

The Tiger Wormery Stacking Tray Wormery operates very simply and harnesses the 'surface-feeding' nature of the Tiger Worms that live inside it. As the unit fills, the worms follow the food upwards through the holes in the base of the trays leaving behind their rich organic compost in the trays below. By the time the top tray is full, the bottom tray is ready to harvest worm compost so you simply empty it and pop it back on top. You just keep the system going and the liquid fertilizer gathers in a chamber at the bottom where there is a tap to drain it into your watering can.

This item arrived well packed and complete. Instructions were easy to follow and it is now proudly housing it's first residents. I think it is made of polypropylene which, in my experience, can become very brittle at low temperatures so I hope it doesn't start cracking. There was no warnings on using it during cold weather(as best I can remember for my fleeting glance of the booklet that cam with it that is. Also there was no UV resisance data on it so I "hope" it is up to the job. Time will tell on this. Lets see how it fairs over the winter. I think it will be prudent to keep the receipts because I can't say I expect it to be in such good condition by spring time.
