ケンブリッジのIn Useシリーズは近年色々なものが出ていますが、この本は発音を勉強するのに非常に勉強になる本です。発音するときの舌のポジションなどが具体的に書いてあってありがたいし、リエゾンの仕組みなんかも非常にわかりやすいです。最近AIの会話勉強アプリなどがたくさん出ていますが、AIでは日本語と英語では発音するときの舌の位置とか口の中の形が違うことは学べないので、発音を綺麗にするにはやはりこうした紙ベースの教材にまだ一日の長があると感じます。音声学の本とあわせて練習すると鉄壁だと思います。
