Stylish, lots of room, bottom section stays cold all day with an ice pack.I'm very happy with this lunch box! I've been able to cram a small/flat ice pack the size of a 6 inch tablet, a plastic container for food about the size of a typical Chinese take-out lunch container, 2 yogurts, and 2 bottles of water into the bottom section. It also keeps everything cold while it sits on my desk until lunch time. I usually put a banana and an apple in the top, and I still have plenty of room for other items. I don't use the shoulder strap, but the carry handle seems pretty sturdy. I've also had people comment about how they like the way it looks. I didn't like the ice packs that came with it. I didn't try them at all actually, because they looked suspicious. All in all, it does a pretty good job at being a lunch box. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Roomy, well insulated, with office appropriate styling *by H***E on October 31, 2018* I love my new lunchbox. The styling is office appropriate and it is amazingly spacious and well insulated. Yesterday I placed a warm item in the top compartment and a cold item (with an ice pack) in the bottom compartment. When I took my lunch 6 hours later the warm item was still warm and the cold very cold. The ice packs work great, but it took a small leap of faith to fill them. They arrived empty and the instructions are not in English. I put water in two of them, just enough to make them about 1/2" thick, and they sealed themselves up and I have had no issues. I recently purchased a second one for a coworker who likes mine so much that she took a picture of it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Needed this sooo bad *by M***S on January 9, 2019* I bought this for my husband, his lunch-bag was getting holes. My one complaint would be that I didn't receive ice packs as advertised.
