With hand in the grocery bag, I grip a foot and remove the carcass and very quickly envelop the carcass in the bag and tie the bag shut. Then I march to my garage freezer and put the bag there until garbage pick-up day. On that day, I remove the collection of bags and place them in the green bin. Out of sight -- out of mind!!! That's my story, and I'm sticking with it!
