As I age, I find that it’s increasing. I started drinking this tea on and off a few months ago. Recently, when I returned from vacation, I was acutely awRe I’d an underlying and pervasive anxiety along with some night waking. I started drinking this tea every 3 nights. I add valerian root to it at night. I would sleep deeply and soundly with vivid dreams. I’ve started drinking in the morning, as well but without the added valerian. I absolutely love it. I find it gives me a focused calm during my workday, such a contrast to my boss who whooshes around frantically with coffee all day. It’s fantastic.Update: August 2019This tea is part of my nightly routine. I found that if I added Holy Basil to the mix, I achieved the perfect night time tea. Valerian is not supposed to be used for more than 3 months at a time so I switched to adding a 1/2 cup of the tonic herb of Tulsi/holy basil to this tea mix. I drink it every night. I have had the most wonderful sleep for months. I am more focused and less anxious during the day. On rough days, I have a cup during the day. I highly recommend it.Some people may not know that herbs take about 2 weeks to start working fully. Some people may not know that this formula is based on traditional herbal cures...oatstraw, as basic as it sounds, builds the mineral supplies in the body,effecting mood and sleep. When it arrived I was excited and opened the package, just to see this tiny little bag. Hmm, must be really great to only have to use such a tiny about. So first I smelled the contents and well, nothing, maybe you must wait for the tea to brew and then the magic starts. I brewed it in a french press as I do all my loose teas and waited. Then I poured my cup of this "Happy Camper" and it still smells odd like straw. No taste, I had to add peppermint tea to drink it. I found no benefits from drinking this tea what so ever.
