She had already tried and utilized an "O" ring gag and absolutely loved how forceable and punishing she felt it was to her.I am not going to lie to you. This device looks amazing but it does not quite function up to its promise.For starters, I work in the medical field. This device is not medical grade. I feel it is poorly constructed and cheap.The device has two metal lips that jut out for the teeth. These metal lips do not have an edge to them and so the device can, and does, easily slip out of the mouth. They only way it will stay in place is if the person bites down. Speaking of which, the metal lips do hit my wife's teeth and she is afraid of cracking a tooth or two on the device.I had to attach silk straps to keep the device in place which ended up causing extreme discomfort as the device was not subjected to be inserted in that manner or pressure.It is great as a visual item but it definitely is not a functional addition to the bedroom. ### ⭐ Inferior - Don't purchse it *by F***T on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on October 28, 2012* Wish I'd read the reviews before getting it. This can't be what Kink uses, so not sure why they're pushing it.* Dull in color* Not medical grade stainless* Springs are in wrong place, preventing it from applying necessary automatic expanding ratchet action* Ratchet teeth or not sharp or cut properly so 'hold' is iffy* Gag simply cannot open widely enough to even work unless you use a c-clamp on it to clamp the ears together. Anything less, it can fall out or be spit out easily.Nice paper weight. Get it for a conversation piece to leave on the coffee table when prude guests come over.
