Well done, Neretva! - I am very grateful to Neretva, as I truly believe they are a serious and responsible company that honors its product and service promises. I purchased the machine and was very happy with it; it functioned perfectly and made exquisite espresso. The machine developed a problem (an internal hose came loose and leaked water inside). Once I contacted them and they verified the situation with photos, they informed me that they would replace the machine for safety reasons, so I am waiting for it to be shipped. Therefore, I want to leave my testimonial that they are fulfilling their warranty and service promises. This is extremely important, especially for me since I am outside the USA.
Review: Leaks - The metal teeth and plastic grooves do not align causing coffee to leak everywhere and into impossible to wash recesses. It also shreds plastic flakes into the coffee. It started off hard to use and became impossible to use within the warranty period. The company refused to honor the warranty literally emailing me saying that I do not know how to brew coffee. desertcart needs to reevaluate their partnership with this company.

I am very grateful to Neretva, as I truly believe they are a serious and responsible company that honors its product and service promises. I purchased the machine and was very happy with it; it functioned perfectly and made exquisite espresso. The machine developed a problem (an internal hose came loose and leaked water inside). Once I contacted them and they verified the situation with photos, they informed me that they would replace the machine for safety reasons, so I am waiting for it to be shipped. Therefore, I want to leave my testimonial that they are fulfilling their warranty and service promises. This is extremely important, especially for me since I am outside the USA.

The metal teeth and plastic grooves do not align causing coffee to leak everywhere and into impossible to wash recesses. It also shreds plastic flakes into the coffee. It started off hard to use and became impossible to use within the warranty period. The company refused to honor the warranty literally emailing me saying that I do not know how to brew coffee. Amazon needs to reevaluate their partnership with this company.
