After annealing at 100°C for 16 hours, printed test specimens can reach a heat deflection temperature of 191°C at 0.45 MPa and 157°C at 1.8 MPa. These values are laboratory HDT results rather than continuous-use temperature ratings. Final part performance depends on geometry, wall thickness, applied load, moisture content, print orientation, and processing conditions. PA6-GF25 is moisture-sensitive and should be stored and printed in dry conditions below 20% relative humidity. Moisture can cause bubbles, stringing, rough surfaces, inconsistent extrusion, and changes in mechanical properties. If the filament has been exposed to moisture, dry it at 100°C for 10 hours and print directly from a dry box when possible.
