This is so good with soy sauce, kimchi and I like it the most just mixed with furikake on rice and maybe a raw egg. This is a great option for those who do not live near an asian market and want to try natto. The taste is very nut-like up front- one that lingers for quite a while on the tongue after you eat. Slight bitterness. To be honest, I like this product MUCH better after a shorter soak- say 15 minutes. This retains a lot of the crunch, while still giving you that slurry stickiness after a light mix.
