The exact ratios will come down to personal taste, but equal parts of the mix, powdered skim milk, and sweetener is a solid starting point. After dialling it in, I genuinely enjoy this now. It has a proper dark chocolate profile and doesn’t taste like a cheap milk-chocolate mix, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. My grandma can't have sugar so this was a must to try so she had something new, she said the chocolate was really rich but she fould it tasted too sweet for her taste buds. The quality itself was good and she would recommend, just for her personally it didn't work out.
