トレードのメンタルを書いた本は数多いがその5W1Hを書いた本はこれだけであろう。自分のクライアント（プロトレーダー）の実例も豊富。なぜ8割のトレーダーがメンタルで相場から退場するのかの問題定義から脳のメカニズムを丁寧に解説。感情に支配されたトレーダーはどうなるのか。なぜルールが守れないのか等解説。メンタルを管理せよ、セルフコントロールが大事等と解説している本はゴミ。そもそも感情をコントロールすることは不可能と筆者は熱弁している。感情をコントロールしたりそれに抗うことは無駄。ストレスはむしろ人にとって良い働きをする。ではどのように問題を解決するのか。それは感情を俯瞰して分離する方法を丁寧に紹介。それが呼吸に意識をおいて行うマインドフルネス瞑想だ。修行僧の様に瞑想を行うのではなく喘息患者でも出来る歩行瞑想や音に意識を持っていく瞑想法など形にとらわれる必要はないと筆者は言っている。マインドフルネス瞑想を行うと前頭葉に明らかな違いが出るとMRIの報告事例を紹介。トレード実績が科学的に改善すると言い切っている素晴らしい本である。
