My family liked it also. We like just egg a lot and while this isn’t as good or easy to use for some things this is great. You can bake with this, make crepe like pancakes, perfect to use as coating to bread tofu and stuff. If the flavor isn’t enough try using some Indian black salt, nooch, garlic powder and pepper :) we also added some creamy plant milk and our vegan cheese and it was so delicious. I tried it as soon as I received it. I followed directions exactly from the package and I got to be honest, this has got to be the worst egg substitute there can be. Not that it takes long to cook which i don’t mind (if only it was worth it) but after minutes the texture is like still puree, and when it finally cooks “completely” it looks and tastes grainy and does not even taste anything like an egg. So sorry for the bad review, but if you’re looking for an egg substitute because you don’t eat eggs like me, I recommend trying “Follow your Heart“ brand, VeganEgg. I am in the process of changing my lifestyle and diet. So I am on the look out for items that can assist me in this and somewhat make this transition easier by replacing some things as I go along. I really wanted to try Just Egg because I hear so much about it but it is completely sold out at the moment and not available on Amazon to purchase, so I chose this item instead. I acknowledge that I am a novice, so upon reading this review please care to remember this. I found this product very easy to use, and convenient. Since I am having some difficulty attaining vegan options in my area due to demand. I love that it was quick to purchase and was delivered to my home. (I still had to wait a day but not an issue for me.)Product did look to be all intact, presented to be a nice package, and safety measurements were not disrupted. The directions were not hard to follow but the issue I did have was with taste. I like my eggs with a little yolk. I attempted to make Vegg similar to how i like my eggs cooked and I am still deciding whether or not I actually disliked the taste or liked it or even cooked it properly. Considering it was my first time, I will try it again and try to experiment with it to see how I like it or fix the taste. I found it to be a little mushy. I am still unsure. I thought it tasted pretty okay with the tempeh bacon and tomatoes. The color thought was a little gray. Would I purchase again? Honestly, I do not think I will, if even after experimenting it still does not improve the taste for me.
