It has nice packaging and excellent instruction. It comes with 2 keys and 2 small tags. It is easy to install and only takes about 15-30 minutes to install. It also easy to setup via the phone. It works really well with iPhone but the app for android does not work as good. It keeps shutting down the app and no longer can be used since. It really only work with iPhone. It is easy to add to google home and be able to control via google home. Easy to connect the small tags so that it can be used to lock and unlock the door. One thing is does not have is keypad or fingerprint that make it required to have tag, key, or phone to lock and unlock the door. Keypad can be bought separately.
